Co-director at Catalyst Arts, Belfast, 1994-96.

Lecturer in Painting at Limerick School of Art and Design, 1997-2003.

Currently Lecturer in Painting at Belfast School of Art, Ulster University, and a studio holder at PS2/ Spencer House, 69 Royal Avenue, Belfast.
